Update❗
As some of you may know, we've been experiencing some scheduling conflicts with appointment in Moego. This has caused missing appointments, uncertain arrival times & limited availability. We recently discovered this was mainly due to Moego's rebooking feature- Clients on a reoccurring schedule could book for the same day & time every reoccurrence without the restriction of availibity on that day.
• To fix this problem, reoccurring appointmentsmay be subject to change to different dates thatare available. Appointments rescheduled will receive notifications no later than 2 weeks ahead of their appointment and will still be required to confirm.
• If you do not confirm your appointment as late as 8:30 am the day of (for 9 am appointments), it will be cancelled.
• If you have not received a text/email saying your appointment was booked, you do not have an appointment.
• "Like" reacting or "love" reacting to a message does not confirm any appointments, as reactions are not always received.
• Due to the increase in matted pups and double coated breeds our prices will be changing. The changes to pricing will not take effect until Oct 1. 2023 - New Prices will be listed July 1ˢᵗ.
• To guarantee better arrival times, only certain areas will be serviced on certain days.
